HOW IT WORKS

Soumega provides Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA), an essential Omega-3 fatty acid that cannot be produced adequately by the body and therefore needs to be obtained through the diet.
ALA participates in several normal physiological processes and can also be converted by the body, to a limited extent, into the longer-chain Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. Omega-6 and Omega-9 fatty acids further contribute to normal cell membrane structure and lipid metabolism

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Take 1 or 2 capsules daily as a dietary supplement, or as directed by a healthcare professional
Swallow the capsule with water, preferably with or after a meal
